  • @SnowboredK don't hate cause your jealous lol. Marathon runners, sprinters don't have big legs either, buddy. only fatass guys who have 10 minute miles and squat fifty plates have big legs. And i'm a guy who spends 2 hours a work out day on squats/deads/other weight work and run less than 2 miles/day.

  • @SnowboredK I have no idea what you just said. I've never heard of any measure of proportionality. Is that some kind of ratio? And i'm curious as to what other ways you can build legs. I can only think of swimming. Please don't say something like lunges or leg raises lol.

  • @pureownshard Measure the circumference of your chest and measure the circumference of your legs (at the largest point), take the ratio (divide chest/legs). If your chest/leg ratio is:

    0 to 1.7 Congratulations, you have thighs of death!

    1.7 to 1.85 Great legs, nicely proportioned to your torso.

    1.85 to 2.0 Your legs are lagging a bit but not bad.

    >2.0 You have severe chicken-leg syndrome.

  • @pureownshard And I don't specifically work out my legs, they just come naturally, as I'm fond of freerunning. Basically a plyometric way of working out, no worse, no better than plain old basketball. And that kind of training is impossible to achieve with only dead weight squats and whatnot.

  • your upper body is good but look at your lower. your legs are like sticks you should work the lower out and then you would be even stronger. (just a simple suggestion.)

  • For things like planche you actually want your legs to be as light as possible... it's not the same as bodybuilding where it's about big muscles, the planche is about holding your bodyweight in an extremely difficult position.
