Can relate to this. You do get called 'exotic" a lot and get stared at constantly. It can make you feel REALLY self-conscious. It's not just one ethnic group that stares. And you get the "What are you?" question so often you almost can't stand it anymore ... Or "Wow, you look so familiar". It's a double-edged sword: even though you get lots of compliments, you just wanna be left alone. And sometimes you hear ppl say racist things, not knowing you are a part of the group they're slamming :o
I have all ways thought that the biracial and people that one could not indentify was put out there to help the most needed race thing going on in america. So pone gets use to seeing these images and imprints
The whole model-culture is designed to make people feel insecure about their physical appearances. Most models do coke to stay thin; or worse, they do heroin. This world is run by people who have totally no scruples at all and are trying to dominate the world by forcing us to accept commercial values. The whole fashion-industry is a means to that end. Fashion-models are actually like posts with ads on them.
