The Norwalk juicer is one of the rare things that are built to last. My uncle has had his for 35 years. This juicer is built with high quality materials that are meant to last a life time!
i don't see the big deal with the norwalks.... they are huge, horribly loud, take forever, messy, you have to use bags and clean them out all the time and they are stupid expensive. i'll stick with my omega 8003.. it makes nut butters too... and it's cold press.
The Norwalk is a Great Juicer. Excellent investment. Ive owned one for 28 years. Reach them at 1-800-405-8423 or 760-436-9684 or their website is norwalkjuicerscalifornia then add the .com
"The Norwalk is great. I use mine to make ground beef, and then use the press for excellent hamburger patties. Nutritious, low fat, and loaded with vitamins.
I love my Norwalk Juicer. I have had it for almost 30 years! Very nice people. You can reach them at 760-436-9615 or toll free 866-466-7925 . Their website is norwalkjuicerscalifornia
@CosmoHunter24 It's actually an undetermined age. I've heard 117 years, 105 years, 111 years and also 99 years. Either way, proof that living food preserves your cellular structure for many years.
that is probably a 270, she removed the number from the front of the machine in the video. This machine has a vortex blade, not the older flat blade.. The 270 was released starting in FEB 1993
The problem with this juicer is that you can hear it uses a fast rotor/blade to breakdown the produce. This means it oxygenates faster because it should be a slower process. You may get less pulp from the press but it will not be as nutritional beneficial compared to a Green Star Elite or a Omega 350 VRT Slow Juicer. They produce rich looking juice because of their slow process.
@CristabelsDream i know you can make nut butters and you can make fruit sorbets. in terms of gelato you would need some sort of nut milk/creaminess and a thickener. funning frozen pistachios through would be more like a frozen nut butter i think...
@quitejaded cold pressing literally keeps the juice SUPER cold so you get to keep more nutrients- you can taste it in the juice! other methods of juicing are bomb though so I wouldn't stress about not having cold pressed juice, you know? i think this baby rocks nut butters and definitely can make sorbets- dunno about oils though...
LOVE U!!!!!!!

99 is his documented age of death. Not 117 or 105 or 111.

Is cold pressing besically the same as juicing?
Can you put some nuts in here and make your own cold pressed oils? :)
