i am sure the speed of that was 30 - 40. the rider cudav got up right away ?. he was werein full gear and that.

@EdgeyForSure couldve, but even in minor crashes, specially like that one, when a rider rear ends a vehicle that has its rear like a wall, a broken neck can happen.. i guess im no expert nor have never broke mine :D
