If facts of case on Fair Trials Abroad are accurate, woman changed dates and other parts of her story, had consent-sex after alleged rape, emails begging for more, and HE is a rapist? NO. She was maybe psycho spurned lover, no integrity.

I feel sympathy for women who HAVE been raped or hurt, but this goes both ways.

Carlo should get appeals. SOMETHING is seriously wrong. Some/most Prosecutors try to win at any cost, tho their rule is to seek truth above winning.

let me ask u something why was he held in germany? what did he do over there? was he innocent there too? to me hes a career crimnal..if he was so innocent why was he held in germany for 11 months?? you say were biast cause were americans..i say your biast cause your italian..i think she overexaggerated her story but i think things got out of hand..and he acted out of character..even good people are capable of bad things

He was incarcerated in germany because the international warrant made against him by U.S. A warrant notified only in the few country with which U.S. have particular agreement for what concern extradition. A warrant never notified to Italy or other European and Worldwide country in which he traveled and work form 2002 to 2004.He was held for 11 month in Germany because there weren't evidence of his guiltiness beyond the complaint of the alleged victim.
