  • is running meditating? is walking around and doing whatever comes in your head meditating? or is it living truely

  • @caessarion

running is not meditating, walking around doing whatever comes into your head could potentially be meditation, and what do you mean by living truly?

  • This really worked for me. I followed the instructions just for fun and had an amazing, spontaneous experience. I could describe in detail, but no need to. Either you do it or you don't. Many thanks Swami.

  • very good .technique I now realize that desires are not stricly the problem the problem is when mind argues and logical desires or judges our desires.. fabolous.. many thanks...

  • life is eternal never ending phenomenon

and desires are ephemeral but still i am so caught by them that they keep on coming and i know i should just let them pass but still in some ways i accept them .Life must have a higher meaning a higher purpose and i am dying to know what is it and remain in it ,i know it is also a desire but it is there from the start .I hope i will find the real meaning of life and peace of mind one day.

  • When you say "uncluch" I kinda feel the unclutching in my stomach/heart area. During the meditation part, I also started seeing like a four leaf clover rotating 1rp in 6sec. But I've seen them for many years, so it's nothing new ;)

PS: What is it with the peacock feathers in the background? I feel their appearance in some one's life has a "deeper" meaning. Or maybe I'm just superstitious.

  • Money is energy. Once upon a time those dollars were beads, shells, feathers and things all people had access to. Today money is hard to go around.

  • 'unclutch' technique = vipassana

  • From Clip: If you are renouncing step by step you will never achieve enlightenment. Enlightenment is either now or never, complete YES or complete NO. When a desire arises, just see it , consider it, understand it, and before your mind even engages with it in any way, suddenly decide to unclutch from it. Release it. Unclutch effortlessly every day all day long.

  • Thank you so much for your presence, it is very reassuring when one is starting to feel the void. Thank You.

  • A living prema-jnana-yoga AVATAR on internet ... ty God for sending and becoming this being in planet earth.

  • very practical. very useful. thank u so much samiji

  • Why the cranky diatribes about money? This organization posts very long and detailed discourses on YouTube for free! I dont see too many other people who would do this. Thank you for your teachings, Swamiji!

  • YES!..this is beautiful!

    Feels really releasing our minds.

    Thank You Swamiji.

  • The discourses are always free, and open to anyone and everyone...The weekend programs do cost money, which goes to a non profit that is doing many things for the poor & destitute in India. Also, when you're doing things like this there is an infrastructure to maintain, that's just the way it is in modern society. Even spiritual organizations have mortgage payments (buildings cost money), electricity bills, transportation costs, etc.

  • Even guru's have to pay their bills. Flying around the world, renting space for discourses/workshops, feeding hundreds, if not thousands of people, building and maintaining temples, etc.,etc., etc. Much of the money is used for charitable outreach feeding 30000 people ea wk, free medical care to 10000 ea mo, free schooling, empowerment training for women, etc. The money is not for him, it is for the mission to be able to continue to function. Other gurus do the same thing, check it out.

  • what does unclutching your desires mean. How do you do it? do you let go of the thought?

  • Please check the videos titled unclutched 1 & 2 to understand what is un clutching.

    Nithyanandam

  • doubleleo

When the thought arises in you,try not to make association with it or make anything of it,and see it going away. In other words, let go of the thought

  • Just beautiful, that's all I have to say and thank you.

  • Dear JacksVan3, it sounds like to see Swamiji and be with Him is in your heart; just have faith and know it will happen. But not in your time, in God's time. It's understandable to feel regret. Do your best to follow along with this powerful, healing meditation He has just give, as often as you like. And try to "unclutch" from the regret. May you meet with Him soon.
