it's the universe of the game. It's such a huge game with over 2000 peoples per server, and you interact with them, it ends up becoming an addiction. If you wouldn't be able to talk in that game, people wouldn't play more than 2 weeks. I wonder why it's so hard for people to quit though, that's when it gets sad.
