And from a legal perspective I believe there is some precedent (or if there isn't then there should be) - regarding that you can't SIGN AWAY your constitutional rights. Your unalienable rights. That's why you can't sign on a piece of paper and say you are my slave and then be legally compelled to be my slave. It's unconstitutional. In the same way, it is wrong to hold someone to a contract that signs away their own liberties and rights regarding their own property in a supposedly free country.

The HOA's are out of control, the only person saying much that matters in this video is the woman and the foolish men talk over her.
