Hanatarou from the Fourth Division. The scene in the amv came from one of the episodes of the first arc where Ichigo infiltrates Soul Society to rescue Rukia. Hanatarou helped Ichigo when he was injured and lost in the underground sewers. :) Even though I'm pretty confident about my info, I could be wrong since haven't watched Bleach in a very long time. I'm have some catching up to do. :P
