I don't think Northerly Island is nearly large enough to hold an 80,000 seat stadium. They should put it in Jackson Park, which has a history of hosting large temporary structures. It's still in a bad area, but it's more scenic and could certainly be made more secure than Washington Park.

its a temporary stadium built just for the games, it has the same seating capacity as the beijings bird nest.. just not as massive.
