I want to use it for barebow shooting, definetly in the beginning. is the hoyt helix nice for barebow shooting?

I like barebow shooting better because the bow is more simple.

for instance, a compound is cool, but noting for me (to complicated, better of shooting my rifle)

Well if you're talking about competition barebow then no. Its against the rules because the Helix like most of Hoyt's other TEC risers cannot pass through a ring 12cm-ish in diameter as per competition rules.

But if you're planning on shooting it bare as a start then why not? It's got a real good balance in the hand by itself although the follow through will take some getting used to. Some other companies that specialise in barebow risers include Arco Sport Spigarelli, Bernardini and Best.
