Jetcity aircraft the 717-200 is free, but you have to change the panel or it wont work.(Or at least thats the way that it worked for me)

you can move the levers after you touch down, ground- shift mechanism on the nose gear won't allow them to delpoy though until nose is on ground... at least in the real plane

actually i've read that the reverse thrust forces the tail end down so it's much safer to make sure the nose is firmly on the ground before using it.

he didnt "flare" but his nose was up at least five degrees at the last 100ft, but as he was getting lower he started to get his nose unsteady which resulted in a bit of a bumby landing. but the worst part is when he slammed his nose after main t/d. but its been so damn long so hes probably much better now.
