Essentially, Ron Paul is using strategy to get the Republican nomination. If McCain has the support portrayed by the media, then McCain should have no problem blocking Ron Paul's move. The Ron Paul movement is a political movement, which it is sweeping the nation. When it comes to delegates, there is no stealing. This system is completely natural and has been around forever. Just because McCain doesn't have the dedicated support to block the move by Ron Paul and his supporters doesn't mean its stealing. It just means McCain doesn't have the support that the media says he does. Obviously, the individual with the best ideas and support gets the nomination.

The effort to recruit delegates involves no stealing at all. Everything I've seen indicates that Ron Paul supporters who end up at convention as "McCain delegates" are to honor their commitment to vote for him, however far it goes (maybe just the first ballot, maybe longer, according to state party rules), but no further. Once released from the formal commitment to McCain, they can and should vote their consciences -- that's their job.
Furthermore, Ron Paul supporters who go to convention as delegates "won" by Romney, Huckabee, etc., have no obligation to vote for McCain just because Romney or Huckabee asked "their" delegates to do so. And the same holds for delegates who aren't Ron Paul supporters when they arrive, but might be won over during convention.

Alex Jones downplaying anything is hard for me to swallow. Alex Jones has always been vocal about his views, but the one thing he wants to downplay is REAL success by REAL people against the MACHINE.

Essentially, Ron Paul is using strategy to get the Republican nomination. If McCain has the support portrayed by the media, then McCain should have no problem blocking Ron Paul's move. This is fair, just, and how the system was designed. Ron Paul is trying to get people involved in government, yet McCain people consider it stealing because they are too lazy to get involved to actually support McCain. Imagine the shock if McCain doesn't get the Republican nomination because of Ron Paul's support.

The Ron Paul movement is a political movement, which it is sweeping the nation. When it comes to delegates, there is no stealing. This system is completely natural and has been around forever. Just because McCain doesn't have the dedicated support to block the move by Ron Paul and his supporters doesn't mean its stealing. It just means McCain doesn't have the support that the media says he does. Obviously, the individual with the best ideas and support gets the nomination.

This is 100% true. Just wanting Ron Paul to become president to restore the system is a pie in the sky dream. He still has to go through Congress. This means people have to take seats in their government, which becoming a delegate is the first baby step to becoming involved. If he became president, then it would take one or two terms before we started seeing a major transformation in America.

Hey, it's no news that Alex get bent out of shape sometimes. I still love his heart and his passion. So I give him a pass. Alex is not in control. Steve is not in control. God is in control. So He will use whatever He wants to free this nation. We just need to step up and show up. God will do the rest.

The effort to recruit delegates involves no stealing at all. Everything I've seen indicates that Ron Paul supporters who end up at convention as "McCain delegates" are to honor their commitment to vote for him, however far it goes (maybe just the first ballot, maybe longer, according to state party rules), but no further. Once released from the formal commitment to McCain, they can and should vote their consciences -- that's their job.

Furthermore, Ron Paul supporters who go to convention as delegates "won" by Romney, Huckabee, etc., have no obligation to vote for McCain just because Romney or Huckabee asked "their" delegates to do so. And the same holds for delegates who aren't Ron Paul supporters when they arrive, but might be won over during convention.

Alex and Dr. Steve Parent are both right...Alex is trying to tell us that the Main Stream Media will villianize us (Patriots) and the they will try to destroy the revolution...we just need to hire a PR firm to "educate" the american people about civics...Dr Steve Parent is right as well...he wants us to participate and effect change for the better of America! let's take back america and be a Ron Paul's inaguration speech! This is the 2nd american revolution!

I heard Alex Jones discuss this on his show, and even his guest (don't recall who he was) disagreed with him. It really got me very troubled at the time, and I heartily agree with Dr. Steve Parent. Alex Jones seems to have shifted in his support of Dr. Paul, and something smells fishy here. I still can't understand his pandering to Lou Dobbs when he had him on as a guest. Bottom line, we need discernment from above to sort all of this out for ourselves.

BTW, I think your video title is underhanded, and deceptive. Dr. Parent basically agrees with 99% of Alex Jones's topics. Whats up with you Jones haters? You can't find any real evidence to discredit him, so you have to resort to cheep shots. All you are doing is discrediting yourself. Jones isn't perfect. He makes mistakes. But at least he has the balls to keep fighting.

But I think RP has wussed out on some important issues. Like election fraud, and third part ticket. DR Steve Parent is right about every thing he says, especially about doing your own research. Don't just believe everything you are told. I still think Jones has is an American hero.
