Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and wisdom. :) I'm using the techniques you discussed and halfway towards journaling I am already feeling liberated and settled all at the same time.
I want to know if when using these techniques you felt a sense of permanent change the first time, or did you have to keep referring back to what you wrote in order for your shadow to become more conscious?
@leeta1one When I have exposed a shadow side of myself, then it is in the light. I cannot overlook it anymore. Like any habitual act, it will undoubtedly come up again, but each time, I will be able to see it for what it is, and each time, it will have less and less power as I consciously choose not to allow it to control me.

Thank you for the tips in this video:) I have been searching for ways to embrace my shadow-your video has been very helpful. If u haven't seen Dimitri Halley's youtube page it is an amazing thing and fits in with what you are touching on here :) the adress is daniela1771. Check it out :) Your videos are great-Keep up the great work of enlightenment :)
As silly as it sounds, you can imagine a conversation with the object. For example:
PERSON: "Money, I think you're evil."
MONEY: "Ok, name one thing that I do that is evil."
PERSON: "You inspire greed, you manipulate people's lives and keep people separated in economic classes."
MONEY: "Do I? I'm just bits of paper with fancy artwork, and metal disks impressed with various symbols. All that other stuff has to do with how people use me. I don't inherently have any will or power."
Recently, a technique has come to me that is similar to the what you advocate here: I hold an internal conversation with my actual shadow (representing my shadow self), in an attempt to know that aspect of my self better. It seems to be working. Thanks for the videos.
It's quite funny, recently I've been finding many resemblance in the way I acted, and the way my father does. I'm wont go in the details but this made me realise how strongly similar I was to my father, surely because he raised me and this might not have alot to do with this method you're talking about but I I had a similar arpoach to my own ''problem'' ,if I may say, and It really helped me acknowledge my father more and at the same time my own default I saw in him. But anyway Great video. :P
amazing way to break it down!!! I am currently working on inegrating my shadow self and find it to be just a freeing experience. the anger I feel toward others is diminishing. I never thought to look at it from the perspective of being attracted to something i only saw the shadow as Darkness. Thank you very much I look forward to more
