14+ get guns P: raygun S: ppsh/mg42/browning, pap those

at this point you should have around 10 grand if done right, next use the mystery box and PAP for weapons to use (go for upgraded ray gun and dg2) and run around, dont camp (me and my bro tried something similar to your method and only got to 51) telepoting is merely optional...
