arent there laws already in place prohibiting bush's domestic spying? if he's not going to follow current laws and hasnt been punished yet, why would he be afraid of new laws? it's sad that we need amendments in order to tell bush that he does need to follow the the laws and not use illusive reasonings to elude them.
