You doing it wrong keep your back straight and ur arms next to ur side and don't sling the weights. I'm 14 and bench 210 and squat 245 and can fuel 50s 10 times the right way
As a wrestler sprints will go better for you. Also a lot of conditioning. Jump rope for 6 minutes straight it'll be hard at first but you'll get there.

BW exercises**, if u do pull ups push ups sit ups, and other BW excercises on top of the lifts i just mentioned along with hard running and a good diet he'll be a monster but curls wont help him do anything accept get mirror muscles
Curls make you stronger. I have seen many body builders at the YMCA that do arm curls. Thats what I do for my biceps. What do you do for your biceps thats so much better?

Theres a kid in my class who is smaller than the rest of us but he lifts a lo more than the rest of the class who are twice his size. One of his workouts are curls. Since hes pretty stromg the curls must be working and they are also making him stronger.
