@Zirka4life no dear, this was based off of Ed Guin. He was caught and put in a criminally insane institution(if I recall correctly). Ed Guin did wear woman's faces, he did chop up body parts, he did grave rob. He was obsessed with women too.

I have a trauma with this guy, I've seen a lot of horror movies and this is the only villain that really scares the sit outta me. More than Sadako (the ring), even though the night I saw her film I slept in my parent's bed.
