Are these docummentaries made to make fatties feel better about themselves? What's with all these BBC docummentaries about the dangers of dieting? It's pure BS.
In most cases, even a stupid diet improves your health over being obese. And the irony is with the concerned parents of that girls who took too much caffeine. Both her parents are morbidly obese. Her caffeine overdose is nowhere nearly as bad to health, as their being morbidly obese. They need to look inward before they worry bout her
I don't understand why people try 50,000 different ways of avoiding caloric restriction.
By caloric restriction I mean (losing weight by just increasing exercise or counting calories to ensure less intake)
The funny thing is that caloric restriction is actually extremely easy if you're patient and willing to take it slow. If you do a modest caloric deficit, you achieve your goal in a year, guaranteed.
But people wanna look like a supermodel in 4 weeks, which is why they fall for crap or diets

if u wanna look healthy, u got to live a healthy life, there is no alternative

I've learned of about it from a friend of mine who decreased a great deal of extra load, but he is sort of a fanatic, so is there anyone average out there ;) to help confirm the actual proficiency of this nutritious diet?

I took diet pills and suffered hair loss, dehydration, stomach bug and the list go on, I remember not being able to get out of the bed for days because of it, I did however lost 10kg but went and gained them back when I recovered, to be honest, I never wanna experience that ever in my life again. Now I am on a healthy lifestyle no diet or crap just exercisers and healthy food and lost over 30kgs!

I don't know, but I think it has to do with population size--they're so rare (around 4% of the global population), so the unattractive ones really stand out. I never really notice ugly brunettes or blondes who pass me on the street (because they're so common), but I definitely notice a redhead, whether he/she's ugly or pretty. They just...stand out.
Feel free to watch The Secret Of Weight Loss on my channel. Anyone can get themself to have a low appetite and not crave foods. Everyone can be incontrol of their body. You can also change your metabolism. And you can change the size of your stomache without a surgery. You can get your body to do this on it's own. The Secret of Weight Loss calls this setting your body to 'slim mode' and anyone can do it.

I've been bulimic for four years and am now in recovery and yes, it seemed to start as a diet, but it was bound to end in an eating disorder because I was enduring so much pain that I didn't know what to do with it. So I turned to food. It's not just a diet gone wrong. It's so much deeper than that.
I think I would literally just die if I knew I was (anonymously) portrayed as one of these fat people walking on the streets, butt jiggling like it's nobody's business...but of course it is because it's all up in yo face...yeah, i think i would just die. Because it's like these random fat people only exist for their heavy weight to show what not to be.

i used to be fat and tried a bunch of diets and starving and such...eating normal small meals throughout the day and exercising works much better. it's just hard to get going with it because unlike the crash diet, you're not going to lose 10 lbs. in the 1st week or whatever and you're not going to be able to go outside and run 5 miles the 1st time you try, but it *does* work

I know diet pills are not good in excess, but if you take them properly they are no more harmful (potentially) than your birth control. "If they knew what the side effects could be"... birth control pills have side effects like stroke and death, yet tons of people take those.
@fleurdesneiges99 Uh..no. "Smoking increases your chances of stroke and blood clots, especially in women over 35". Read the information sheet that comes with your birth control.
@CmdrBittles That's what I said it's the fact that u smoke while taking the birth control that increases these risks. It's not the birth comtrol pill taken alone, so if u smoke it does increase if u don't, it doesn't. U just repeated what I said :-)
@fleurdesneiges99 Yes, "increases" meaning the risk is there whether you smoke or not. It is possible you could have never smoked and still have a stroke caused by the fact you were taking the pill. My main point was that if everyone was so afriad of potential side effects then no one would ever use any medications/vitamins. So, in conclusion, diet pills are not the problem, it's the people who abuse them that are the problem.
@blondecat666 I guess we all have a different idea of stunning. To me, she seems to be a woman who is finally at peace with her body and as a result exudes a type of calm self-confidence that a lot of women (myself included) can't because food is something to fear, control or fight. I find this attitude stunning. The smart thing...yeah. It's a shame that intelligent, educated, experienced women have so many issues with food. If only the oft-repeated saying 'eat less, exercise more' was easy!

why am i not famous for my diet?
morning: oatmeal with skin milk and raisins
snack: proteïn shake
afternoon: salad with veggies, no dressing and some smoked salmon
snack: proteïn shake
evening: steak or chicken with lotsa veggies and some fat free no sugar yoghurt
snack: some roasted salted corn.
training: 45 minutes of jogging per day and 3 days a week bodybuilding.
i'll tell you why i'm not famous for it. because it takes time and dedication.
