this song is really sad when you see it acted out..im a bird girl in the play and even though im not really in this number, its melancholy tone really engulfs the audience. people cry when they see it. but only if its sung well; if the singers are too loud or the band is too loud, the song falls apart. it should be quiet and flowing, almost hypnotic.
