Actually Minor Threat is a punk band from the 80's. That shirt is a band t-shirt probably given to her from the set of the Runaways.

Did you mean the gun in her shirt pointing at Lautner? At Comic Con she also had a shirt that said "minor threat" , those words got me thinking, but now I see this and I'm thinking even more.
