Not sure about his comments about sleep really. Yes Fifty Cent and Beyonce can go for days without sleep when recording etc. knowing that they will get time to catch up with it later. I would think that sleep is pretty important to people in regular employment if they are to be able to function properly in their job. He is a great speaker though and I agree with his other points.

Of course we all gotta sleep, but there are tons of days that people are tired and they choose to sleep 9 hours instead of sleeping 6 hours to get up and get stuff done that they need to. And SOMETIMES, not all the time, you might have to pull an all-nighter to get stuff done that you need to, cuz if you sleep you won't get it done.

This is great video, and I agree with him, except he's not being completely honest about the recipe for success. "All Men are created equal" - I disagree. The key is to identify what you're naturally good at and work hard at that. If you have no athletic talent, for example, there's no way that hard work alone will make you successful....you can get better, you can become good, but not great. Greatness = Talent + Hard Work.
