No dual citizenship. Back then, if you wanted to become an Indonesian citizen, you had to give up all other citizenships. He would have had to come back to America and go through immigration and become a Naturalized citizen, not Natural BORN (which is required to be president, but naturalized.

If you look in the lower right-hand corner, you can see the reverse of a Jun 6, 2007 date stamp. Why isn't it possible that the seal is on the back. It's obvious something is on the back of that document. Really, it's impossible to tell from an internet copy, but it's not like they can provide every American citizen with a hard copy.

No dual citizenship. Back then, if you wanted to become an Indonesian citizen, you had to give up all other citizenships. He would have had to come back to America and go through immigration and become a Naturalized citizen, not Natural BORN (which is required to be president, but naturalized.

I first doubted listening to this but there is an interesting point. Race choice was listed in those catagories back then. And that is the one reasons Barry will not release his real certificate of live birth from Hawaii. If you look in the lower right-hand corner, you can see the reverse of a Jun 6, 2007 date stamp. Why isn't it possible that the seal is on the back. It's obvious something is on the back of that document. Really, it's impossible to tell from an internet copy, but it's not like they can provide every American citizen with a hard copy.

Then, he attended Occidental College in California, then Columbia Univ in NY, then moved to Chicago. Later, he went to Harvard Univ. All of these places are in the US, which is his country.

he spent his childhood in Indonesia and he was known as Barry Soetero. He went to state schools which only a citizen of Indonesia could attend. When his stepfather adopted him, he became an Indonesian citizen. if he was an American citizen this gives him dual citizenship. An American President cannot have dual citizenship. This is another problem, if he did not renounce his Indonesian citizenship.

Hawaii was a US state during the years he spent his time in it. I have no idea if the other claims you are saying are true. But it is legal for dual citizens to run for president. I looked it up. It may be harder to get people to vote for you, because they can question your loyalty to America, but it is legal under the Constitution.

Yes, Ann Dunham lived in various states in the US, from Kansas to California to Washington until she was 16, when she moved to Hawaii. This satisfies her son's citizenship requirements.
Also, when she moved to Hawaii, it had newly become a US state. Hawaii became a state in 1959. Barack Obama was born there in 1961.

Obama falls under either one or both of the citizenship clauses. Either he was born in America (Hawaii), and if you doubt that, he's still a citizen because his mother was a US citizen and she lived in America for more than 5 years. That qualifies that child as a citizen.

The only time we've heard anything negative was when there was a "leak" somewhere(Fox News), and then you never hear another word on it after a few days-unless you listen to Rush/Hannity. & if I have to look at another family photo on a magazine cover I will scream-Why don't they just put "vote for obama" on all their covers & stop being so sly!
