I had my stock (1.7i essence) Lada Niva in 155 km/h (GPS said 149 km/h) on the Autobahn in Germany in 2010.
They say it has max speed 137 km/h, but....

1,000 years from 120km/h to 140/km/h ....
They should put a V8 petrol with biturbo. The perfect engene for this car ... The acc. will be exelent - 0-100km : 5.5 sec :D
0-180: 11 sec :D (off-road)

It won't go over 4000RPM on LPG! On petrol it goes to 5500-6000RPM! I will try on petrol next time!

I have 2007 niva and i got 150km/h by gps, but i didn't had camera with me.
