I have had my fair share. One incident include this:
The menu had an option for a baguette:
"Have a warm, freshly baked baguette with any filling of your choice".
A woman then purchased a baguette, 10 minutes later, she came back and complained, demanding a refund. Why you ask?
Because the f*cking baguette was warm ¬¬.
