It's too bad this didn't end up being a viable option. My thoughts go out to Chris's family and friends. He sure was doing a lot of great stuff at Kronos. I enjoyed his transhuman and atheist meetings over the years. In his last weeks, when they were in Munich, I asked Abe to please tell his father that I had signed up for Alcor, because I knew he would laugh. Abe reported back to me that indeed he laughed. I will always cherish that.

Yeah, a year ago I was recovering from cancer...so I am out too.
