@maddiegirl345 Sorry about being late. well it depends how long your hair is. If you have short hair like about shoulder length it could take you 10 minutes (that's how long it takes me when I'm doing my mom's hair). When I do my hair, which is about a little past the middle of my back, it takes 30 minutes. It only takes me that long when I'm doing really tight curls, but when I do curls like the one in this video it takes like 20 minutes.

@colombianpride678 I have wavy hair, but I think it's easier to do this type of hairstyle when your hair is straight. I tried doing it on my cousin who has curly hair but it was just way too difficult! I suggest you blow dry your hair straight first(less damaging to your curls than a straightener) and then try curling your hair with a flat iron. Hope this helped(=

@starlightangel92 yeah definitely!!! i do it on my mom all the time who has short hair(= i usually set it to 210 degrees Celsius which is the highest it'll go or a little less. it depends on your hair type! if you have thicker hair you're gonna want to use the higher temp. but if you have thin hair you might want to use are around 175 or 150. i have semi thick/thin wavy hair but i still use it very high. try messing with the temp a bit & see what works for you! I hoped this helped a bit(=

Okay. I know it's necassary to use the protector spray. But I have a question, Could you use water instead of the spray?? Cause y'know, I don't have any protector spray with me right now, and I'm thinking of using water. Would water damage my hair when I curl my hair with the straightener??

@AyuTatelshi Water is a NO NO!!! Don't ever use water as a heat protectant! Let me tell you why: a heat protectant dries up quicker because it's specifically used to keep your hair from getting burnt whereas water will not dry up as quick & will only lead to damaging your hair even more! I really suggest buying one from any local drugstore, the cheapest one I've found is the VO5 heat defense which was only about $3!!! I hope this helped (=

If you don't have one near you I think you can order online, but I really love it! They're awesome for giving volume & no I have wavy hair(= I think I'm gonna do a video on hair tips, you inspired me(= I'll be sure to mention you! Take care hun

you dont have to use a protectant but your hair would get pretty damaged after a few times of using it. if u dont want to spend a lot of money on a heat protectant, you can get the 3$ tresemme one from a drug store! hope i helped :))

Hmm..well most of the time the curls can be done because the straightener has rounded edges so that it doesn't create a crimp in the hair. If your straightener does have rounded edges, I think it would work. Give it a try & let me know what happens!! And no problem, I love answering questions :D And feel free to subscribe! Well I got mine at ShopRite lol. You can get one at any drugstore like Walgreens, RiteAid, or CVS or someplace like that, and probably at Sally's. Other than my Got2b heat protectant, I really like Chi's Iron Guard & V05's heat protectant. So I suggest you check those out!!!
