James should not have won. they all sucked....james high notes were TOO high...lots of times people point out the flats....sharp isnt good either...and ozy...noone on idol has ever come close to pullin off a freddie vocal...NOONE....daughtry possibly came the closest...and while we quickly compare these singers with freddie....do they have the moves, do they have the CLASS, do they have the songwriting skills, can they play an instrument....just a thought

@FuneralForCassie I don't have cable and Fox is on cable in my country but they are now bringing it on a local channel and they are bringing season 10 on wed and thurs but one episode late. So I guess my statement was unjustified but james does not only hit high notes. Also, I'm all for songs like Patience, Yesterday, Redemption Time, etc. but I think the acoustic version for Whataya Want from Me is sad. Sry just my opinion. Also on singers who are um....happy..(lol) I'm kinda biased to Freddie.

One thing that James Durbin has over Adam Lambert is that his voice and talent is all natural! Adam on the other hand was trained to sing.

Some people are so ignorant! James is better than Adam because Adam is gay...did you really day that! They're both good..Adam is more controlled...James is young..he will learn that too. James is a bit cocky..needs to be careful of that..it's a bit off-putting ..

Actually James reminds me much more of Von Smith than Adam Lambert. Von didn't know when to reel it in (and got axed early) and it seems neither does James. It will be interesting to see if James learns when to hold back and when to let go.
