In recent decades Muslim have been subject to military onslaughts from numerous non-Muslim countries:
- US AGAINST: Iraq (twice) and Afghanistan in 1990s & 2000s
- The Jewish state (fully backed by the US) AGAINST: Palestine and neighbouring countries since at least 1948
- Serbia and Croatia AGAINST: Bosnian Muslims in 1990s

Most terrorists have been hardline Communists, not Muslims. Muslims didn't invent suicide bombing, either; you'll want the LTTE for that.
The PLO has historically been a nationalist movement more than a religiously inspired one; this is one of their problems with Hamas and Hisbollah.
As to atrocities committed in god's name, I could match a Christian one to any Islamic one you care to name. Easily.

I've yet to hear of stonings in Singapore, for one example. Or Turkey. Which happens to be a NATO ally, and boasts a strictly secular constitution. Or what about the Maghreb states? Tunesia, Morocco, Libya, Egypt, Syria . . . ok the last three are dictatorships. But secular ones (Socialist, in fact), and Egypt is also a US ally.

The Bible of old testament is quite old and the versions held are centuries old. They found the dead sea scrolls from over two thousand years ago and prior to Jesus and the present old testament agrees completely with the century old bibles of Christianity.
Both the dead sea scrolls and the present Bible do not agree in any way with Islam though.
