It can be tough getting off the store bought salad dressing try avocado with lemon or lime or I like grapes apple , craisins , and orange chopped up and put on a salad. A good fruit salad is mashed up banana to where it's like baby food with chopped strawberries and whole blueberries.

If you ever get bored w/ dressings I've been messing around with like a bit of bbq sauce w/ vinegar, oil, and some seasonings. One time i also made one with a soy base. I find obsessing about the healthy food and ways to make it at first, helps you get over it, you find yourself becoming a health food conoseiur. Ill try my best to make a video almost everyday, but obviously i may miss a day. I obviously am not always motivated. Peace out!
