  • Please let me continue above.. As humans we all are ok to do mistakes where we have nothing to worry about. Whenever we do mistakes we should understand that we have nothing to do about it. WE ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO DO ANYTHING BUT REALIZE. We feel uncomfortable after doing a mistakes only if we think like we are in control (feeling self). which is a control trick our mind show us. The truth is you haven't done any mistake but a natural process.

  • Good speech with some major mistakes which a person could do in life because he simply doesn't understand Abhidhamma in Buddhism. Somewhere in the talk he says we do mistakes mean we are not paying attention (which is misleading) and soon after the mistake we feel suffer. Humans are naturally imperfect and paying attention is nothing to do with mistakes. A person could still do mistakes even when he pay 100% attention this is because we are not in control in our life.
