  • Lol this was the first Video I ever saw form chris;)

Than my life changed into the good;)!

  • I am glad I did not have sore arms when I did this or I would have been trapped in the bath! My water was 10 degrees out of the tap, that felt more than cold enough to me!

  • ffffffuck that!!! lol

  • i am sooo drunk right now and pissing myself laughing at 0:40 right now hopefully gonna start this routine in the new year

  • You might get prostate problems from doing this, I prefer sauna and a massage.

  • You look like Elijah Wood

  • I train in martial arts and after getting kicked around an icebath is the best thing for getting rid of soreness

  • chris, I just took an ice bath very cold!!

I sat in there for 15 mins

but i've got a question when I have sitten in an ice bath for 10-15 mins can I take a warm shower after? hehe

or wil that kill the effect of the ice bath?

    rick

  • Ice bathed on Monday after legs. Used 20 lbs., maybe I'll use 40 next time because I was expecting it to be a lot colder than it was. PEACE!

  • what song is playing at the end?

  • @zeddyzedful Galaxy Farm - Lady in the Midnight sun

  • in what way will this help me if i have an ice bath after my job and ab workouts

  • @kokipWnZ Blood will flow faster to the sore muscles and it will make the cell's work to regenerate the muscle

  • I was wondering if this could be used for muscle stiffness after running?

  • The movie Wanted had a similar approach to healing...

  • Hi, was just wondering how you train for football season? I find myself bruised and exhausted after a full pad practice, and really don't have the energy to start working out my body before practice the next day. I've tried to go to the gym about 6-7 hours before practice, but i still end up beeing weaker in those muscles, and therefore don't have the same amount of impact nor strenght that i would have if i hadn't gone to the gym.

  • man i though this ice thing was a lie!!! the first days i started lifting weighs my body was so sore i could barely move!!

  • CK, how much do u weigh?

  • when should i take such ice baths, if i train two time a week extrem high intensity (plyos and >85% weights)? Should i take a bath every day or only after workouts?

  • dude i try this and it helps but too cold to stand.

  • The two dislikes are from your balls! LOL

  • CK is legit. this program really does work, you WILL get fitter, faster, and stronger as he promises. in fact, buying this program will save you money in the long run because you will be buying inexpensive and healthy foods.

  • This video couldn't come on a better time. Just thinking about having one tomorrow. Thanks CK

  • i got this dudes program and it WORKS

  • man im so confused about the hot/cold thing, and when to use which. I would have thought using heat for my muscles...

  • @KingRockets using the heat will relax the muscles. get the blood circulating. the cold kinda jump kicks the muscles. it's more of a refreshing thing. think of the muscles as a swollen bump, you want to ice them. if you have a sprained ankle (to help speed up ijury) you could do a cold to hot, hot to cold. pretty much, warm before (increase blood flow) cold after (to shock the system)

  • haha nice. Ya ice baths feel awful, but my legs feel amazing after. We do them a lot during Track and Cross Country

  • Contrast showers are also an alternative!

  • LOL this video was amazing Chris!! Keep them coming man!! I'm definitely doing this next time I train legs! Should I do this directly after the workout or a day after or what? 7-10 minutes in the ice bath followed by a 5-7 minute warm shower?

  • @fkncody As close to after the workout as you can get it. The longer you wait, the more lactic acid that builds up in the muscles, which causes the soreness. After being in the ice bath... you will definitely want a warm shower!! :^)

  • whats the name of the song at the end?

  • Lol dear god....

  • It's true, it's cold, it's brilliant :D

    and omg, NICE cap !

  • U rlly do love to challenge urself

  • Question: Isn't inflammation crucial to the recovery process?

  • "uh, oh oh okay take a seat lets talk", dont know why but i was laughing for a while after that. OH and anyone who still/might doubt this program stuff is legit, just got my vert back to where it once was at the start of college (goin on 6yrs ago) and pulled off a very conservative vince carter between the legs dunk after only a month of using his exercise guidelines. CK speaks the truth. TSC gets you to be a lean, fit, fast athlete and all i can say is never felt better. muchas gracias brosif!

  • @matt1523 can you give me 5 tips? I have a strong buff chest and back but a layer of fat over my six pack. I want to lose the fat without the muscle..

  • @xJaysrox also working out early in the morning on little to no food really boosts your metabolism throughout the day so if you serious you could also make sure to hit the gym first thing after gettin up and then reward yourself with a big meal after. The higher you can make your metabolism the better your body will be at turning that fat around the stomach into pure energy to fuel your body transformation. hope it helps and best of luck!!!

  • @matt1523 hey thanks man, I'll get serious from now on!! you got me fired for it :D

  • @xJaysrox Cardio,Cardio, then a little more cardio, keep up the weight training, and always do something to activate your core. might loose a little muscle mass at first but in terms of pure energy your body will use up fat before muscle so just keep lifting. Also as highlighted in one of CK earlier vids we all got a six pack it just there usually layers of fat covering it up. The best thing to do is focus on cardio at least 2-3 times a week along wit weights and you will see the pounds come off

  • @xJaysrox tip 1- you cant out exercise a bad diet,so make sure your diet is solid, tip 2 - be lifting at least three times a week, tip 3 -cardio is okay but stick to intervals as your form of cardio, tip4- make sure your getting 7to9 hours of sleep a night, tip 5- shoot for 1lb. of protein per pound of your desired body weight. tip six- make sure your carbs are coming from fruits and veggies and whole grains,tip-7 don't be afraid of fat its good 4u just make sure their mono and polyunsat ones

  • @iammacbethsfatalflaw hey man thanks for the comment, I think tip number 3, 1 and 5 are gonna help me the most, thanks I'll give it my all :D
