lol I make 10k gold / day :) I spam on trade WTS 60days prepaid card 20k with 25% before. which is 5k. i do that 2 times per day...its pretty easy to "sell" 2 per day..it actually takes minutes. i quit wow just before uldar came out but i use to play the AH pretty hard back then. my daily average gold sales was 6000g per day on raid days and i remember spending about 20-25k gold on that darkmoon card for my rogue. i got very unlucky trying to craft it so i gave up and bought the rest of the cards in the AH. at that time an Ace was like 2000-2500g my biggest gold sales was JC right when the raids were over all you see on screen is YOUR AUCTION SOLD!!!

You can use Auctioneer, it has a function "EasyBuyout", which basically makes you Shift+Right click items and it buys them out fast, double click to bid fast and Shift+Right click your own items to cancel them fast.

And this without the Auctonhouse asking you for a confirmation. Saves you tons of time buying out those items that are uncercutted but put in 1 by 1!

@chrisrox62 it really depends on your servers economy.. the main income you get from inscription is making glyphs, vellums, and darkmoon cards.. I'd say if the prices of the majority of glyphs on your server are above 20g then there aren't that many competitiors.

I'm going to be doing an inscription video very soon, I've made 80k gold with it but it depends on how many competitors you have to deal with.

The thing with this is you got hella lucky with your noble cards proc rate. What would your profit be if you only made 2 or 3, which is what you would see on adverage?

Exactly. However, mathematically if adder's tongue are going for 20G (or less) per stack, and eternal lifes are going for less than 30g each, you will 'in the long-run' make a profit.

Just calculate the probability on your spreadsheet. Its simple grade 8 maths.

What you have to do is put all the prices that the cards are going for in a spreadsheet (all Nobles, Chaos, Prisms, Undeath - Ace to Eight) this will give you an average of something like 250g.

The cost to craft is between 100g-180g depending on server.

In this example I "should" be averaging 150g/card but I do get lucky. However the decision to buy up cards and make the Greatness Card and Illusion Card netted me another 1,000g profit for a few minutes calculating and buying cards.
