Who wants to manually play a drum keyboard? I don't get it. I just want a drum machine to replace my metronome for practicing the piano, preferable one with a great ride cymbal and tight hi-hat clap (i.e. not an Alesis SR16). Who makes them? The other thing I can't find is a simple tone generator that would enable me to MIDI ride cymbal sounds to the bass sounds on my Kurzweil. Can't believe this stuff isn't available yet. Can progress be this slow?
