While I'll refrain from commenting the singing seeing as I'm not confident enough to give my opinion, these lyrics were definitely spectacular. The official version tried too hard with the lip-sync and the lyrics ended up unstable. I'm a bit sceptical toward a ballad, but these lyrics would flow a lot better than the official version, and I do regard the official version highly. Corey Maddox's version, while in no sense bad, gets outshined by this in my opinion.

Easily the best English dubbing I heard. Even though your disclaimer made me listen hard for awful discordant notes, I didn't hear anything REALLY awful, or even noticeably awful. Even the ending, was only slightly off.
