The ending always bothered me. Call me crazy but, I wanted to see them fall in love or get married =/ the ending just left me feeling like I'd wasted my time.

@LoveDayandAge That's not what I mean. There is close to 200 episodes of this show and not once do they ever really make any head way into a relationship. I guess I just would have enjoyed the anime more if it had like even 10 episodes of them dating or something.

Well there was the time they ate the love mushrooms, but yeah I see what you mean. Although writers like to tease the audience. If Takahashi made Ranma and Akane a couple (as in, not just forced fiances) then someone who watched the show partly for the romance may lose some interest. If we keep on hoping and dreaming something happens, we'll keep on watching.

Eh, I've heard the German version of the intro, and it doesn't sound ANYWHERE NEAR as good as the original Japanese version.

From all the different ones I've heard, the closest any of them comes to the original is the Mexican version.
