Just a fun fact, Nigel is a tribute to Kenny from Soutn Park in that he gets destroyed (dies) in many episodes and then reappears in the next episode, as does our friend kenny.

Whenever they meet the scientist who is responsible for creating the next monster, it's always either an old man in a white lab coat or some hot chick in a lab coat. Usually, the old man turns out to be a scheming villain who likes to eat babies whereas the chick is just a pretty face who knows a lot of big words that are supposed to imply she has all these good intentions that just happen to go wrong at the right time.

The only time the Nick has ever gotten close to Godzilla in a friendly way was in new family when the team trys to trap Godzilla and he breaks the trap up and picks up Nick the puts him down and he runs inside while Godzilla sleeps outside the door and when he comes back out and pets him on the jaw. (it would have been funny if Godzilla roared as loud as he could at him while he is peting Godzilla)
