@rhcpandsum41 they do, trust me. why you think when 18wheelers go uphill they stay in a low gear to get up the hill. the lower gears are a lot bigger than the higher ones. bigger gears more torque. same thing with your sprocket size. stunt riders use big sprockets on the rear so the bike can come up with less force.

What gear are you in? I know that a hill that a 125 3rd pinned my 426 could go up in 1st with blips of the throttle and it was more rough the this hill. Haha on a quad? Is it a 250? If so i think that would be an epic fail unless you got a hell of a long run at it.

@TYLERC539 Only problem ive had with mine and heard of others that have had fifth gear go out but itll still do 90 in fourth on dirt, other then that I love it. Built like a tank so its a little heavy but its got plenty of power to make up for it. A lot complain about them being a pain to start with the decomp lever and all but once you get the hang of it it just comes natural.

A CR125 is the same or faster then a CRF250.1. Its a 2 stroke and will have better acceleration.2 when you have a 2 stroke that is 10-30 weight differance it makes a big riding differance.

A 230 wouldnt make it up that hill I've seen people try it before. A raptor 700 cant make it from that rock niether can anything else. Its not a small hill. Its all sand. I've tried starting in 2nd form the rock and i just bog out and have to whip it back down. That rock is where the hill starts.
