  • @Vorzt hahahaha! why do I find that so funny?!

  • haha sometimes the top two comments are there for a reason, the bottom one is completely true and the top one totally cracked me up!

  • I thought she was gonna say RC Pro AM

  • yay

  • sweet!!!!

  • This is a real review, not one which is like, the acting and cinematography are second to none, ones where people just say, I like it, because I LIKE IT! what more do you want to know??

  • I want to know what the interviewer's reaction would be if she had said A Clockwork Orange.

  • @dajman15

    LMAO!

  • Her parents told her to say that, no way a 12 year old is into that sort of movies. My favorite movie when I was her age was Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. Still is.

  • @Rebphoenix ha u watched zombieland

  • @Rebphoenix im 12 and my favourite movie is the good the bad and the ugly

  • @Rebphoenix Nonsense, an intelligent twelve year old is perfectly capable of appreciating such a film, besides girls are far more emotionally intelligent than boys at that age...or any age for that matter :)

  • @sleepypoodle whoa. hold on. ive never had a conversation about movies with a girl. for the simple fact that they wouldn't know what they were talking about.

  • @Rebphoenix Hey mate I'm 13 and like Welles, Fellini, Godard, Bergman, Wilder, Capra, Tarkovsky, Kubrick and a shit load of other stuff so speak for yourself.

  • @florianbell3 so you just went on google and typed in 'worlds best directors', good for you for being able to type kid

  • Comment removed

  • @Rev0lver89 Okay, so unless I make a video with proof you would have no idea whether I am lying or not. But if I was lying, which I'm not, about the directors what would my motive have been? If I had not seen sophisticated films that would of obviously proven what people are saying about 13 year olds and cinema . But as I have I felt like I wanted to tell those people that they were wrong as I am very passionate about movies.

  • @Rebphoenix Are you even familiar with "Meet Me in St. Louis"? "Star Wars" is really just a later popular movie, which "Meet Me in St. Louis" was in 1944. Parents worth a crap expose kids to classic movies when they are young, and just like with books, the age of the film is overlooked by someone young. Kids really don't care if a movie is new or old, just if it is watchable, exciting, and magical.

  • @FarleyTube i watch meet me in st louis when i was younger than her, and i can see why her parents had her watch it, margaret obrien was the abigail breslin of her day, amazing child star, a great person for someone her age to look up to

  • @FarleyTube I agree. My daughter is 3 months old and I will definately be showing her films like The Wizard of Oz, Meet Me in St. Louis, and OLDER disney films. And she will NEVER like reality shows........never!

  • @Rebphoenix How do you know?

  • I thought she was going to say 'Hostel Part 2'

  • lol shes about 12 and she fuckin knows her films, brilliant.

  • aww shes so pretty and talented. i love her as an actress.

  • she has the cutest voice ive ever heard

  • Did anyone hear what she said? which film?

  • Here's a transcript for ya!

ABIGAIL: My favorite film is MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS.

INTERVIEWER: And, and why is that?

ABIGAIL: Ummmmmmmmmm... let me think... I don't know... I just... It's just... I don't know, I like it. I mean, my favorite is, um, Margaret O'Brien. So she's my favorite actress, so...

  • @BasilFawlty3 meet me in st. louis

  • @BasilFawlty3

She said, "Meet me in St Louis" ;P

  • Abigail reminds me of Margaret Obrien. From the sparkle in her eye to her talent..This coming from a person who is only about a decade older than abigail and loves classic movies

  • cute!!!!!!!!

  • what if her fav movie was kickass

  • She wanted to say DEEP THROAT but her mom was next to her.

  • @MalubaySyecado lmfao!!!

  • me too !!! love Meet Me in St Louis. Totally entertaining.

  • Impressed. The kid has classy taste!

  • So young and her favourite movie is Meet Me in St. Louis, not expected.

  • what movie? I didn't understand... abigail is great!!

  • @yourmybubblyface MEET ME IN ST.. LOUIS, it's an old Judy Garland musical from 1944, but the child actress Margaret O'Brien steals the movie.

  • I thought that she was gonna say 'Sweet Sweetback's Baadaas Song.'

  • who cares?

  • I got her autograph in ny yesterday, she was playing Helen Keller in the preview- "Tge Miracal Worker" she was AWESOME! Shout out- U ROCK MY SOCKS ABIGAIL!! YOUR MY NEW ROLE MODLE!!! GOOD LUCK IN THE FUTURE!!!!! And I love my sisters keeper!  5 stars

  • That was Liza Minelli's favorite movie too.

  • @FuckWorkdays probably because her father (Vincente Minnelli) directed it and it starred her mother (Judy Garland).

  • zombieland and nim's island are my movies

  • I thought she was going to say something like 'The Princess Diaries' or some Hilary Duff movie.

  • @bradley583 that's funny...did you know the had a little role in "Privess diaries 2" as the thumbsucking girl? :D

  • She has a more well thought-out, articulate, and educated answer than most of the adults who picked movies for AFI (cough, Eva Mendes, cough).

  • educated answer? a movie is a movie, some people just like some movies more than other movies, who are you to judge if eva mendes' favourite movie is a bad choice

  • Little Debbie (Reynolds)

  • I really hope she doesn't turn out like other child stars, because that would be a shame.

  • Abigail is a great actress ^_^

  • I love Abigail. So sweet and smart. The fact that a girl her age appreciates a classic film like Meet Me in St. Louis says a lot about her. The best to her always!

  • God bless her! Most people (especially kids and teenagers) from this damned Hollywood generation, don't appreciate wonderful classics such as "Meet Me In St. Louis". She is very mature in answering the way she did!

  • LOL barrytron3030

  • my favorite movie too!

  • She has such an old soul.

  • wouldn't it be hilarious if she said her favourite film was lolita?

  • yes!!

  • At least it's Kubrick lol

  • is it?

  • Yes

  • Comment removed

  • ew. are you british?

  • Comment removed

  • if u see jegspillerpiano

    SCREEM:RAAAAAAAAAAAAAPE !

  • @barrytron3030

    Oooooookaaaay.... That's not awkward

  • @barrytron3030-Yes. a) Because that's hilarious b) because its one of Kubricks weaker films

  • sounds like something her parents told her to say. Or maybe they said "watch the film honey and act like Margaret O'Brien" lol. Meet me in St Louis is one of my favorite films too but because of Judy Garland.

  • I'm surprised she didn't say "The Little Mermaid" or "Shrek", both classics, and age appropiate.

  • Wht do u mean "age appropriate" i watched the ruins and im not even 13 yet! This isnt the 1950's.

  • Abigail's so cute love all of her movies

  • Abbie's so cute. And Margaret O Brien in that movie reminds me of her sometimes, acting and with similar looks.

  • That's my fave film too! And I love Margaret O'Brien "all the little h'orphelings!"

  • just out of curiosity, why are you 2 arguing on an Abigail Breslin video. Get a life damn. LOL

  • amen bro...

  • @epik50 They arguing because they want to, okay?

  • Awesome, she has better taste than most of the grownups.

  • How could she not know about the reason WHY she likes a movie?

  • @hawkssens She's like 12 years old! At that age kids don't usually analyse their favourite films in terms of strict criteria - they just like it becuse they do! Just personal taste! :)

  • @adam246811 The same actually goes for many adults. They just like it because they do and pad their reason with a bunch of pretentious babbling.

  • shes sweet but in every interview shes always like "let me think"... .. im not dissing her but yea. shes cute

  • delay no more this video!

  • Man, this clip got four *#@* STARS? Morons submitted that, I doubt anyone with high intelligence

  • know she is 11

  • know ur brain's small

  • Man, when I was her age my favourite actor was Johnny Yune.

  • she is so cute! and adorable

  • you are so ugly! and hideous

  • k. she's 10.

  • BIZZYfob I hope you know the difference between "best movie" and "favourite movie", and dont even freaking think that you dumbass have taste in movies just because you have studied the IMDB TOP 250 for years.

  • yes...i do know the difference between best and favorite...one is spelled different from the other. "...And one more thing: don't you contact me again -- ever. From now on you deal with Turnbull." so can u name the movie that line came from?...smart ass!

  • yeah and now i see you are blaming her for your disability to distinguish "YOUR favourite movie" and "Her favourite movie". And yeah you are good because you can name a complete quote from Godfather part2

  • hahaha...well done...u gets my respect for that one...well-fargin-done.

  • Obviously someone's retarded...

Meet Me In Saint Louis is a lot of people's favourite movie. She's also only eleven years old so she probably shouldn't be watching an R anyway...

I say props to her for appreciating movies that were released before she was born. Most ten and eleven year olds don't. It shows her maturity.

But then, BIZZYfob, you probably have never heard of Meet Me In Saint Louis and therefore wouldn't know the different between it andthe Little Mermaid.

  • whoa whoa, this is just a vid, no need to take it so seriously- ok man? you don't needa write an essay for this vid cuz its kinda boring and nasty for the little abigail breslin.

  • Would you know an essay if you saw it?

  • What are you trying to say in that comment? Trying to say that a undergraduate of stanford university can not recognize an essay at first look? That is preposterous and i assure you, there is no probability for you testimate my legamicies of judgement.

  • 'A' undergradate? Hmmmmm...

I've seen some of your comments on this video alone. I don't believe you. Or, I believe you're a troll.

  • hmm, thats a pretty decent insult. Well, since you believe i am a troll, i would choose to believe that you are a ignorant, incompetent person. You are so ugly, hello kitty said goodbye to you.

  • Well done on your choice. I can see that you chose to insult most people who commented on this video in a similar fashion. I'm ugly? So original.

  • Modest, you say? Well, one thing for sure, I'm not american, and I won't ever be American. Well, i forgot to mention that the cocky, weird australians i met was kids in my primary school. I wonder what you look like...

  • Why would you wonder that? ...that's kind of like stalking, isn't it? Well, whatever floats your boat.

  • why bag Australia?

  • wtvr

  • umm ok... :S

  • 'A' undergradate? Hmmmmm...

I've seen some of your comments on this video alone. I don't believe you. Or, I believe you're a troll.

  • well, if you so good, tell me what you are. I have encountered many australians before, some worse then you and they all seem a little cocky and strange.

  • That IS strange. Australians usually have a reutation for being more modest than Americans. Tell you "what" I am? ...Human?

  • Nice Comeback, if you say you are a member of the species in the Kingdom Animalia, "Human", then how about we add, "Mentally Deformed" to it.

  • I shudder to think of the long list of disabilities we'd have to add to your description.

  • Well, continue shuddering.

  • well rachel, of course i would, its not like i am retarded. You have a topic sentence, three ideas, supporting details and a tail conclusion, ending your statement.

  • even though i jeopardized the fact that you are writing essays on youtube, I do, frankly appear to have the mutual feeling about you statement.

  • ur stupid. u would make fun of a little girl. abby is nice and ur just mean.

  • she rocks!

  • cool she picked the same favourie as liza minelli picked

  • her other favorite actresses are meryl streep and jodie foster..thats what abigail has said before as well

  • That's funny, I wrote a parody of this film a while back because while i liked it, i felt there were some things about it were so obvious:

to see it go for my profile and click on my website

and serch under musical parody and "meet me in st louis"

  • Margaret O'Brien was a little bad-ass in that movie, not to mention hilarious. She rocks.

  • My favorite movie of all time too...Meet Me In St. Louis Judy Garland plays Esther Smith and Margaret O'Brien is her little sister Tootie. I love all the characters, the music, the lovely Victorian house, and the wholesome family values. Love it, Love it, Love it!

  • Abigail Breslin!!! She playes in little Miss Sunshine, Raising Hellen, Signs and many more enjoyable films. Her birthday is on April 14 and she was born in the year 1996 (10 years old)

  • That's an interesting choice because Margaret O'Brien was a young Oscar winner!

  • can someone tell me what film she said??? and who is the actress?
