How this moved my heart <3

  • peter andre?

  • lo que yo me pregunto es cómo puede cantar TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN, TAN bien esta gente. Y EN TODAS LAS PELIS DE DISNEY!!

    ¿?

  • Me encanta esta cancion :) (I love this song:)

  • I like it better in latin spanish

  • Wow! I love Jasmine voice!

  • Wow! I love Jasmine voice!

  • beautiful!

  • @hammika Wow It's interesting how different our perceptions are. Maybe it's because I understand the language, but to me Aladdin sounds kind of sexy and Jasmine's voice is pretty to my ears, at least. XD

  • wow i didnt expect for it to sound completely different from the latin american version but its still doesnt change how beautiful spanish sounds. its great to speak spanish (i can never write though -_-)

  • oh my god, I'm moving to Spain. Spanish people, you all are very lucky to sound so sexy.

  • @rkharty really? ^^ thank you!

  • I'm not arguing about it, but spanish from latinoamerica sounds better for me.

  • Spanish is the most beautiful languange! I just love this song! But the best is the French version! :)

  • Mi canciòn Disney preferida!

  • i like more the castilian-sounds that the latin spanish ones..

  • Spanish and Italian sound so similar.

  • i like this version wayy better than the Latin American Spanish...idk it just sounds..more soothing...

  • i really wanna learn this to show my spanish teacher

  • Wow I love this version! Wonderful voices, very emotional! I only had two years of spanish at school and these were already years ago, and I still understand almost everything they say. One day I will watch the whole movie in Spanish, it seems to be a great dub!

  • @CarpeNoctem410 I love this version too!! I think the dub is pretty good, I love all the voices, especially Aladdin and the genius, who is made by a talented Spanish comedian ^^

  • @Stellairisel That's true! But also the language itself seems to fit, although Spanish has nothing to do with the Arabian language!

  • @CarpeNoctem410 Just saw this and had to comment, because actually if you really study the Spanish language and Spanish culture (more specifically Iberian culture), you will learn that actually Spanish language and culture does have a mixture of Arabian culture and Arabic language. For example, almost every Spanish word starting with "al" comes from Arabic (like alfombra, alma, almohada), just to name a few. But the list goes on and on.

  • @soccercrystal429 Not true! Maybe in Andalusia, but if you go to other parts of Spain it's really different, plus we speak several languages in Spain, not just "spanish"! What about Catalan, Galician, Basque and several others? Plus, most Spaniards do NOT identify with Arab or Moorish culture in any way!

  • @thekingofmoney2000 Let me make myself a little more clear...I was strictly referring to Castilian...I'm well aware of the 4 official languages of Spain. I'm not saying that Spaniards identify themselves personally with the Arab/Moorish culture, but it definitely is still seen in, for example, some architecture (yes while the majority of it is in Andalusia, but still some exists in Toledo [for example]).

  • @thekingofmoney2000 I'm not saying that they're completely related and one fully identifies with the other, but the previous commenter stated that the two had absolutely nothing to do with each other, which is also untrue. There is a lot of history between the two cultures, both violent and peaceful, which did result in some mixture. Again, I was strictly referring to Castilian Spanish as that's what I'm currently studying, but I do recognize Galician, Catalan and Basque as well.

  • Due to the Moors coming up through the South and conquering the majority of Spain during the Reconquest and occupying this area for about 8 centuries, there was absolutely a mixture of culture, which includes things such as art, religion, food, and of course, language. So yes, they do have a very distinct relationship in fact!

  • comoo me gustaa esta cancioon chiquillo (L)(L) me encanta

  • @demiflames i don't speak spanish and thought it was just me hearing lisps xD

  • @x291190 No, they are not lisps. In spanish from Spain, the z sound is pronounced 'th', that is the correct pronunciation in Spain. You can notice that we have both the 's' sound and the 'th' sound as in the word princesa in 0:36

It's like saying that you have lisps in the english word teeth! It's not a lisp, it's just the way it is! :) Hope this helps

  • Lisping in Spanish is a certain dialect of the language in Spain. It's pretty cool how different Spanish can be in different areas. :3

  • @AcceptedSpork Lisping is a speech impediment. The "th" pronounciation is not a lisp, it is the standard from for the letters 'c' and 'z' in the original European/Iberian Spanish language, and it also not a dialect. You might as well say that English speakers "lisp" when they pronounce words such as "thou," "through," "throw" "thaw" "thunder."

  • Omg so full of emotion!!! love this version...spanish is simply emotional! :))

  • wow, beautiful!

  • wow i used to think the Hebrew version sounded the best, but this is soo amazingly gorgeous

  • th = c/z letter but the s or s sound. I am American and I prefer this version of castellano over American Spanish. It more traditional and i have changed my vocabulary to spain vocabulary and I am proud to know I descended from the True Spaniards. Viva España por vida.

  • Q Cancion Tan Bonita !

  • Spanish is such a beautiful language. I wish I can learn it, but I know I'll never be as good as ones that can speak it so perfectly (I'm referring to the spanish XD).

  • never say never , just start and it will get easier as you go ill help you .

  • gracias soy español!! TRADUCTION: (thank you, I'm spanish)

  • spanish should be called SPANISH, not castillian, even if its spanish from spain.

It can be called castillian, but better spanish.

Source: La Real Academia Española de la Lengua.

  • spanish is general, castillian is the spanish of spain!!

    España=español

  • I never heard that story, and I'm a Spaniard.... I've been told that in Medieval Spain there were two sounds (one for the letter ç and one for z), and eventually both evolved into the sound 'th', simply because all languages evolve through time.

  • Me gusta espanol. Es muy bonita.

  • this is cool i take back my old comment its really nice after you hear again.

  • you really think so?

Why? you just don't like it, or you just don't like the Romance languages in general.

    hahaha i'm just curious

  • -_- He's a TROLL. Just ignore him. If everyone ignored Trolls, they'd vanish.

  • lol they're like the monsters under your bed. they can't exist unless you believe in them

  • I was looking for a comparison, when I wrote my last post, but couldn't come up with any.

    Yours is just perfect ;).

  • Me gusta mucho :)

Saludos desde Suecia. Hablo un poco de español.

Väldigt fin version, från Sverige :D

  • muy mundo ideal!

  • q pasa con la letra...;/ caption; lyrics?/

  • es todo tan magico... si...

    lol :P

lo siento. yo stoy un americano :)

  • you mean "yo SOY americano" :) ser y estar are different verbs meanin they both "to be" in english

  • Quiero mucho !!!!

  • Haha, I thought the bird squaking was Jasmine at first because I didn't see the video while reading the lyrics.

  • this is ok i guess lol

  • But Spanish and any romance language for that matter sound better than English or any Germanic languages...Germanic languages, English being one of them are just plain and boring compared to Spanish, Italian or French...the Romance languages always win...

  • @thekingofmoney2000

this is such a silly statement....personal taste is personal taste is personal taste.... :P

  • i think it sounds really sweet in spanish~ *smiles* one of my favorite versions~ *Smiles*

  • Now I totally fell in love with Aladdin XD This guy has amazing voice :)

  • can you post this song in romanian?

  • love the aladdin's voice hate the jasmine's - too squeaky

  • I'm the other way around actually I liek Jasmine's voice better.. Not by much, but I like it better. Spanish isn't my favorite for disney songs

  • mmmm lovely i like the male voice..

  • I don't care how ugly a guy is if he was to sing this to ME he would have canceled every other guy out.

Jeez the spanish language is like DAY-UM I wonder if we sound as sexy to them when I asy we I mean the english people

  • LMFAO!!

  • Spanish is sooooooo sexyy language ! i love it!

  • claro que lo es,

of course it is, some of us are lucky to be born bilingual, speaking

English and Spanish it's an amazing combination

  • @shiranosh1 Yes :$ It's really sexy!

    Sí, es realmente sexy! ;D

  • That accent always makes me wonder how we mexicans came up with our accent... I like both the latin and spanish versions XP

  • well the Mexicans got their version of spanish because it was influenced by other languages like the indigenous languages that already existed in Mexico. also by early imigration from italians, and french etc... also i think that the Spanish spoken has also changed since the spanish empire. so its more like they both just separated into their own dialect but i just love the fact that i get two versions to listen to this song in. hahaha well i hope this helps with your question.

    -Jaime Michel

  • Oh my, you know way more about my language than me XD Thanks for the info!

  • your welcome, and yeah. I also speak spanish LA, im bilingual English: Spanish and i also was wondering how both versions came to be so i looked it up in the internet. yeah thats the same reason theres two versions of Portuguese, portugal portuguese and Brasilian portuguese, and French. French from France, and quebecois french from Canada. they were all infulenced by other languages.

    well greetings from California USA

    -Jaime Michel

  • That is why I also know English and Spanish, I live close to the border, USA-Mexico

Well anyways, if I understood French or portuguese I would also be on the look out for differences, too bad I only understand word..

    California, Arizona, New Mexico, etc...

  • No, you can speak in english if you wish, I understand them both in a 99.9%. The .1 is the vocabulary I don't know XD Which is actually way more that .1%

I live right under California, in Mexico.

  • Esta bien, hey im from California, hmm do you live in Tijuana, thats right under Cali

  • Yep.

  • cool so how are things on the other side of the border. i heard it got bad with a bunch of violence.

  • To tell you the thruth, we are so used to all of that that we take it as something normal. But yes everything has changed, there is more survallence in malls and whatnot, but it's normal for us.

I just noticed, we are having a conversation by commenting on a vid. XD

  • yeah i noticed it too, i hope the owner of the vid, doesnt get mad. lol. i will send you a friend request.

  • Request accepted. XD

    See you around XP

  • Esta bien, adios.

  • I dont like this version =S

  • I have to admit it sounds nice (; /sweden.

  • solo decir que esta cancion es... preciosa!! *_*

  • Oh my gosh, that's gorgeous. I didn't really love Jasmine's voice, but the amazing lyrics made up for it.

  • wow spanish is so beautiful, easily one of the most beautiful languages in the world!

  • Well ... maybe this can sound so beatyful... but if you hear the street's words.... XD

  • Lol thats true, but I guess you can say that about any language, slag and speaking loud can usually make any language sound bad, its the same in pretty much any language I guess with Spanish it depends more on the speaker than anything elseanyway its just my opinion others may disagree :D

hahaha i love both versions of the Spanish version, although im more use to the Latin version since i live in the USA and that is the version they teach us at school. but the castilian is very nice.

    Greetings From California USA,

  • hahahahahahahaha good one

  • I have seen "El Labirinto del Fauno" (know thats wrong, but I prefer zhe original one, cause a pan is something different than a Faun, I think; and it sounds better) in the original version, and since than, I love this very beautyful language.

And this song is also vey nice.

  • Laberinto n.n

Spanish is a beautiful language isn't it n__n

  • i like this version more than any other version...soo beautiful!!

  • I love the Spanish language <3 but in my opinion the voice of Jasmine in this one is a little too high ;)

love the language anyway and of course the song!

  • this version sounds smooth. FINALLLy figured it out. Im latin, and our version is also beautiful but sharper voices. If you compare them, their voices are like silk, especially jasmines!

  • Sounds so pretty in spanish :D portuguese too

  • Hermosa cancion,

  • This is such a fun song! Aladdin has a soothing voice.
