There is a point, if the cover version interprets it in another way or just uses some elements and combines it with new stuff. Now I think this is a cool song, but not an extremely good cover version, it's just the same song in rock with worse singing, although I have no prob with that, either :) I'm a MJ fan and I think this is a nice cover, I like it, too.

And, actually, if the original song has a problem, I think there is no point in resinging it, not the other way round :-D
