shallow appearance, which I can hardly call "acting". After having almost all film version of this fascinating novel, Timothy Dalton-Zelah Clarke 1983 BBC version remains the most faithful in every parameter to the book in scenery, portrayal and spirit, all of which combined turns this 1983 production into a truly MAGICAL EVENT. Few are the films in modern movie history that are filled with such moving, magical moments that are at the same time inspirational, awesome and divine in every sense (:
As an independent clip, this is a beautiful video clip (: As for the film of 2011, in my eyes, it's the worst ever, most shallow film adaptation of the beautiful novel. It left me stone cold, and no matter how wonderful Michael Fassbender was, he was far away from my ideal Rochester in Film - Timothy Dalton, and Mia Wasikowska, sorry to say, is the worst ever Jane Eyre, she left me cold and devoid of feeling, she created no room for empathy whatsoever, there was no "story" told through her dry
I think this version of JE was not bad. Michael Fassbender did a good job as Mr. Rochester (but not as good as Toby Stephens!). Mia Wasikowska as Jane is way worse than Ruth Wilson. I'm sorry but I think she showed not much emotions in her role. Maybe I have prejudices because of my all time favorite version from 2006?!?
Nonetheless was this version enjoyable for a romantic evening...
This is so beautiful. I loved this version of Jane Eyre so much and you've done such a gorgeous video. I am definitely favoriting this one. It's perfection.
Wow. You captured the best and more passionate moments. Lovely. Truly. Everything about it...beautiful video.
