@MRMOONSHINEDOG If you can find some hard packed surface it isn't unrealistic to pedal-only continuous at about 10-15 mph. However if you are battery empty while on a soft surface you will die of calorie consumption LOL. I have pushed e-bikes for a number of miles and it sucks, always pack a lunch, but even 6 mph pedaling beats 2 mph pushing when you are stuck 5 miles out.
really trying hard to find footage of bombers jumping capabillity and vs pit bikes etc but like the zeros early days theres only so much available? please post me some non youtube links if any cause im almost decided to buy but need a bit more inspiration.
Couldn't find much. I don't think you'd want to do much drop on the bike without getting beefier tires. The rear shock is from a pit bike, which works much better than a bicycle shock and inexpensive, but the forks are still bicycle which means you get only good stuff without high cost.
38 mph. On that trail about 35 mph, to 30 mph in the sand areas. On that ride I got 17 to 20 miles of range, the video is only a small portion of the ride. It depends on how much power you use. On hard pack or street you can do full speed at about 2200W, but cruising at 25 mph would only use about 750W. 15 mph between 100-200W.
So the range can be between about 17 miles and perhaps 45 miles depending on the amount of power you use. Typically with a 50/50 style ride (half trail / half street) I will get about 30 miles of range.
it would suck running out of power out in the middle of no where
