I think that this story failed to develop other characters. They could have developed johnny cage, by making him more dynamic. He started off well as a cocky hot shot actor but he could have been better. They did a good job on liu kang but raiden wasnt a likeable character even though he was the protagonist. Scorpion was just ruined for me. He use to be bad ass just like the other games but he should have redeemed himself. The story was ok by the way.
