The top surgery is called chest reconstruction. It removes most breast tissue and creates the same shape and contour most guys have. There is generally a reduction in nipple size as well.

I've seen mulry101's comment with a '-1'. they ARE PEOPLE, and it's their trouble if they want to change their gender. I wouldn't do it, but if they feel they are 'meant' to be someone else why can't people understand, and why do they complain?? they're probably strangers so there's no reason to complain about it. everyone has something weird, but not being normal does not make you mad. i don't support changing gender in general, but if they feel like being the other gender, i'm on their side :)
