"CO ZA ASY" (pronounced "TZO ZAH ASEA") is Polish sarcastic comment and it means "WHAT AN ACES" (or "LOOK AT THOSE ACES").
(Also: in Polish "asy" may be short for English "assholes" ----> "Co za asy"="Look at those assholes").
And what's so funny about this phrase?
