Absolutely, When I saw The Feelies last month (and they ARE playing shows, as they did last year), they played 3 Velvet Underground songs in their set (Sunday Morning, What Goes On, and We're Gonna Have A Real Good Time Together). They have also been Lou's ooening act.
Possibly my all time favorite Feelies song and what a great version of it! Possibly the most criminally underrated band of all time. So glad I got to see them once live!
Thanks for uploading. Saw them open for Lou Reed in DC once, great show. They did a great cover of Dancing Barefoot.
