I do not understand why the audience booed what Governor Perry said here. This is Governor Perry at his most reasonable. I suppose most conservatives lack the ability to use reason. So, he sued a state for wanting to enforce illegal immigration on the state level, which is hurting the economy, on the only premises that the immigration laws are supposed to be enforced at the federal level and the federal government is not doing a thing to uphold the immigration laws? only 1 in 4 Mexicans are caught crossing the border, this sounds like BS to me. Perry has not done a thing to enforce the laws besides suing those that want the laws enforced so badly they enforce it themselves.
