  • Yeah, I changed that shortly after many others comments the same. The original intent of my video was not to show an expert install (this was my first), but to show everything I did for my first install. THANKS

  • Great video, but your sprocket setup is all wrong. You must have the spokes between the rubber pads otherwise your spokes will get destroyed. Better off looking into re-dishing the wheel if you had to set your rear wheel up like that for motor chain line.

  • how have you acquired the engine?

  • That carbie is shit I would just put a new one on

  • Loose the rubber mounts on the Motor, Your doing it all wrong like that.

  • i totally agree with frozenveinsz1nyou are going to fuck your buke up soooooo bad putting the rubber on the one side hahahha idiot

give it like 4 weeks and your spokes will be loose and bending

  • You did the sprocket a bit wrong. The spokes should be between the two rubber pieces. The way you did it will stressthe spokes and snap them while riding. Careful there.

  • hey this is cool , very good vid , thanks man ...i think ill have to so this

  • very nice video. i have a bmx bike i want to add a motor to but these kits are a bit overpriced i rather just buy the engine and do it myself. also i notice you had to do alot of modifying since the kit was defective a bit.

  • Unfortunately my English is very bad. But I understood so much that I obviously did something wrong when installing my engine. What is the big spring on the clutch? Should the two springs between the supports, or does the big spring somewhere else?

  • not really much money when you consider the tools were acquired over my lifetime and all my hobbies require tools.

  • how much money u spent on all this Sh*t

  • whats the wiring??

  • this just shows that china have no quality control

  • It's a sherline mill ... cost about 650 for manual version. CNC will cost more than double that.

  • cool cnc, i have not seen a tabletop model like that, what is the brand name? cost?

  • do you normally have so much trouble with the kits that you buy?

  • Who the hell has a mill with digital readout?

  • there should be one sprocket on eighter side of the spokes. just as you know

  • u must have some seriose cash. all that machinery!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha ha

  • were did you get the kit

    link?

  • All you need for this kit and bike is a complete workshop plus the kit is crap since it came damaged twice and you had to work on the carburator. Whew. I was thinking about something like this but if all kits are like yours, I guess I will pass

  • lol your bike is completely incompatible with the kit

  • way to ruin a perfectly good bike.. ur cool.

  • @elbinar It's just a bike and he did what he wanted to it. Deal with it.

  • sprocket aka the pain in the ass part of a bike kit

  • The bike is fairly low cost, but all the tools is like 5 grand on the low end.

  • @fireninjawolf 130$

  • why do chinese never make stuff that works without tampering with it.

  • If the hammer and punch technique in this video doesn't work for you, then just go out to a bike shop and buy a $40 chain tool. DO NOT buy a $10 chain tool from WalMart or anywhere else. They're crap, even for a normal chain the lever is so small that it's a pain to punch out the little rods. It's worth the investment to get a professional tool, and you can still resell it on eBay later.

  • Excellent instruction. Breaking it down and analize it piece by piece. You did a super job demonstrated. I do need to get that CNC machine. I'll get mine started just as soon as I buy my cruiser. By the way, What is the name of this music you playing? I need to buy this music. Or did you made it yourself?

  • Such a nice shop and a very thorough explanation. The music makes me laugh though

  • guys he is just buying the tools and sending them back after he is done with it so doesn't real own all the stuff :P

  • @Digadogup are you serious? i mean really? how old are you 12? he's only sending the chain tool back, not the mills and press'. he has a JOB so he can afford this equipment. Jeeze, i swear these kids kill me on here.

  • @REDBEARD885 its called a fucking joke

  • @Digadogup now now, no cussing kids.

  • @REDBEARD885 lol nice joke

  • Thanks, I do enjoy it!

  • Dude, you have a sweet shop!!!

  • Excellent video

  • You have so many cool tools =[ I have a screw driver, a drill, and tape. I was able to build one of these, but with MUCH more trouble =P

  • i hate you

  • @666hatemail Im sure you hate everyone

  • one of the rubber pieces goes between teh sprocket and teh wheel ;) the other one goes on thei inside of the wheel. the metal curved pieces go between teh two rubber round pieces

  • @yamahonkawazuki i correct myself teh metal goes like you put in. on the inside

  • @yamahonkawazuki So BOTH metal pieces go on the inside. Does it matter Which go's first? That is to say, should it be the the 2 pieces followed by the 3 or vice versa ?

  • damn bro. it seems like every part they sent you was messed up in one way or another. Props for finishing it, i woulda prolly gotten pissed and send it back.

  • Dude you have a great workshop I love it, do you ever see your family? I'd spend my life in there. I bet you have an old 356 or a cobra as well?

  • When you rebuild your back sprocket the bolt goes up against the sprocket without a washer. the washer goes under the split ring washer then the self-locking nut. reason for the washer/split ring/self-locking nut setup is a split ring will slip into the gap between the hole and the bolt, lessening it's usefullness.

  • These are great videos! I just got my kit in the mail, and I feel fortunate that the motor didn't come with any of the damage that your two motors did. Your videos will definitely help in the making of my new mobike!

  • you should read the instructions.

your back sprocket is off because you put both rubbers on the inside its suppose to be 1 on each side of the spoks your way the sproket is right against the spoks?

also dremel works great to make hole larger.

But thanks for the video you explain things well.

  • @ronsam3825 is very right about this one. If that doesn't break spokes I'd be suprized. please fix this, it's very erronious and misleading.

the only bad part of your video however. the rest of this is really good :)

  • Exellent quality and video

  • Excellent quality demonstration. Excellent video.
