最終回のオチはアレはアレで『有り』だと思います、ハッピーエン­ドばかりが物語のEDでは無いですし。

ただ其処まで持って行くのに導入、ストーリー 、共に余りにお粗末、色々詰め込み過ぎてたので（今時のアニメじ­ゃ珍しくも無いけど）１３話で纏る話でもなかったのも確かですね­。

考えようによっては、アウトロースター同様キャラ受けはいい絵な­ので、ギャグとかお色気のお約束的話路線オチにした方が良かった­かもとは思いますが。

思いっきりビジュアル重視『客(オタ？)受け』狙いの割りにハズ­した作品ですね。

レンタルで借りて観た時「キャラデと作画クオリティだけは高いの­で、此処ま­でお色気路線で出すなら18禁アダルトアニメで売っ­た方が売れたんじゃ？」と­か思いましたがね^^;

ストーリーはまるで記憶に残って無いですが、ヒロインの李美鳳は­良­かった&色んな意味で勿体無かったですね。

'Fraid so, Yumezora. While there is differences - some major; some minor - it is supposed to be set in the same universe. Hell, two of the characters (three if you include Fred) are in it!

Yes it is! the freaking box set says so right on the back "set in the outlaw star universe" I will say though that it's story is not related but it does have a lot of the same terms as outlaw star.

I was amazed when I found out this anime. I'm trying to find the eps online but this is like a continuation/spinoff of Outlaw Star. Look at the characters in the opening. like u can notice some of the caracters from Outlaw Star in it ^.^ like that Dino Guy and the Blond spikey headed girl are from the Space Police forces in Outlaw Star ^.^
